Cocoonr offers you to rent this charming apartment in the center of Strasbourg, ideally located in a quiet area  
5 minutes' walk from Strasbourg's historic center, this charming apartment has been  
recently renovated with all modern conveniences and Wifi (fiber optics, Wifi 7). With a surface area of  
75 m², can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with elevator).  
living room of 17 m² with its dining area, spacious fitted kitchen, two beautiful  
and a bathroom (with shower).  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (150x200)  
\- A dining area with a large dining table (160x90) seating 6 people.  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave  
toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and desk area  
\- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and desk area  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment  
high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron, suitcase rack,

The apartment is ideally located in the center of Strasbourg, a 5-minute walk from the carré d'Or, in a very quiet and pleasant

The Kruteneau district is renowned for its proximity to the main tourist attractions  
(Notre Dame De Strasbourg Cathedral, Christmas Market, Petite France, Bateau Mouche landing stage,  
Museum...) as well as for its friendly atmosphere, thanks in particular to numerous restaurants, ,  
tearooms and patisseries, pubs, bars and cafés with terraces (heated in winter).
