The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists a living/dining room with television and two double sofa beds, an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate toilet. A balcony with a table and two chairs is at your disposal. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator). Facade renovation work will take place in November and December 2024\. It is possible that certain equipment will not be accessible during the stay (shutters, balcony, etc.) All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, the beds will be made with clean sheets, and the necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection This quiet and residential area has many local shops and is close to the Place des Halles shopping center. The apartment has a cot (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and aged under 3) and a high chair. Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to book the "baby bed linen" option at an additional cost. Your stay in a few figures: 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, 10 minutes walk from Petite France, House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee. Pets are strictly prohibited. Parties are not allowed. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighborhood. Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. We selected this property because it could accommodate 5 people and because it was only a short walk to the city center. Parking for our rental vehicle was conveniently located at both the Les Halles and Wodlii parking garages, each being about a 10 minute walk from the property. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean, but the shower door did not seal which caused one of our children to inundate the bathroom the first time we used it. Fair warning that it is necessary to climb some steps to find the apartment and it is not obvious where the apartment is located in the building. It took a few minutes of searching to eventually find the elevator. Access to the apartment is by door code and we were given the incorrect code by the property manager; however, they immediately picked up the phone when I called to obtain the correct code. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reasonably priced property in a good location. ##### jesse s.
