The location is excellent, the spa is excellent, the room is spacious, the service at check-in and check-out is fast and excellent. I only have one complaint to vacuum the carpet better, especially in places where it is difficult to vacuum in the corners, it was really dirty and unpleasant, a large parking lot nearby

Nice Hotel to Experience Alsace
Staff was friendly and helped us reserve a table at a nearby restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Room was comfortable and clean--perfect for a weekend stay. The hotel was in a lovely area for shopping and dining.

Nice jewel in wine country
Very well run and extremely convenient. Large room and large free parking. Great Christmas market right around the corner. Convenient train to Strasbourg if not on strike.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were modern an comfortable. Ours had a small terrace. We ate at the restaurant and it was very nice and not too expensive

Nice but not exceptional
Small conveniences missing e.g. No mIlk for coffeee in room, no English channels on TV, no hair conditioner, small thin towels. Nothing hugely wrong just small things which for the price would have been nice.

nice hotel in lovely village
A very nice large room with a spacious bathroom. The walls are soundproof and the wellness is nicely decorated. A little gem.

Good times in Obernai
It was great to return to this hotel after a first stay only for one night 6 years ago. We had always wanted to go back and were not disappointed. Excellent swimming pool and spa, lovely garden, good food and wine and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere all combined to make our stay special. We spent a day exploring the locality, then took the local trains to Barr one day - recommended, and to Strasbourg another - not to be missed.

A must for all lovers of European civilization
Just unique and typical of Alsace. Imagine an old and genuine Alsatian village with more than 2000 years of history and fabulous ancient holes and buildings. Right at the end of the wine road, the hotel made of several close buildings inside the picturesque village houses fabulous eating, seminar, places and relaxing amenities.

Charming town, charming courtyard, out of touch.
We stayed here three nights in early August. Temperatures were a bit warm during the day, and the only A/C was an open window and a small fan that usually provided enough cooling. But, it allowed lots of bugs to come in our room. I had booked weeks in advance and did not remember that breakfast was not included, so when hotel staff directed us to the dining room each morning, I assumed it was part of the stay. When we settled our bill, we found out that breakfast was an additional. So, it cost us an extra120 euros (about $180 at that time.) Had that been made clear, we would have preferred to go into town for better pastries and more choices. We had a terrible time with internet service. We had to sign in constantly, and service was s---l---o---w! Occasionally, the connection was nonexistent. The hotel is aware of this problem, as they gave us another code that was a little better. But people rely on internet to stay in touch with important business, and the hotel needs to do something to fix this problem. The "king" bed was two twins stuck together, as is so often the case in Europe. We even were supplied with two twin size comforters, rather than a king duvet that would have covered the entire bed. Also, there were dusty silk flowers all through the hotel. Ironically, beautiful fresh flowers were growing everywhere outside. Too bad they don't ditch the faux ones and bring in a few fresh from the garden. They would have added so much to the ambience.

A Taste of Alsace
This was our 3rd or 4th return visit and we were not disappointed. Location is great allowing walking everywhere once you are ensconced in your room. Print details to find it the 1st time, then it is easy.

What a fabulous hotel
We decided to visit Strasbourg at the last minute and found this hotel on the travel website. We knew nothing about Obernai, other than it was outside Strasbourg. What an incredible town - medieval buildings with flowering window boxes. It is lovely and thst staff was very friendly and welcomed us in the courtyard. The room was not huge but nicely appointed. We decided to stay in Obernai for the day instead of going back to Strasbourg. Worth a return visit.

Der Spa-Bereich ist inclusive, war aber wegen einer technischen Störung leider nicht nutzbar. Das 3-Gänge-Menu war sehr gut. Freies Parken, freie Nutzung (!!) der Elektro-Ladesäulen. Sichere Unterbringung der Fahrräder in einem gesonderten Raum.

Primeiro nós colaram em um lugar que não havia elevador depois reclamamos eles nos colocaram onde tinha elevador porém o quarto era inferior e não quiserem nos da desconto! Para irmos do hotel a estação eles cobram a sendo que o motorista era do hotel!! Chegamos em meio a chuva sem táxi sem nada na rua e o hotel demorou para nos dar assistência!!

L’hôtel dans son ensemble est convenable. Le personnel est sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse, propre, la literie est bonne, salle de bain spacieuse. La chambre n’étant pas équipé de climatisation, l’hôtel en a disposé une portable, ce qui est vraiment bien. Petit bémol, pour l’espace spa : la piscine et le local sont super bien chauffés ; le seul point négatif, c’est que l’espace sauna et hammam ne sont allumés qu’à la demande et malheureusement, le hammam ne marche pas super bien. Dommage également que pour un établissement 4 étoiles il n’y ait pas un peu plus de décoration, plantes vertes ou tableaux, ça apporterait vraiment un gros charme en plus à cet établissement dont les couloirs sont malheureusement un peu sombres. Restaurant fermé le 15 Aout, nous n’avons pas pu le tester. Dommage, surtout en pleine saison et qui plus est, pour un week-end prolongé !

Ruhige Lage. Freundliches Personal. Super Suite bis auf das zweite Doppelbett. Das Auszugssofa ist für 2 erwachsene Personen nicht geeignet. Und bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Küche geschlossen. Allerdings gibts eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Alles in allem gibts ein „Empfehlenswert“ für die Unterkunft.

Excellente situation, bel habitat, parking déjà respectable en plein centre ville mais quand même un peu limite en capacité d'accueil. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pu dîner sur place pour cause d'affluence. Très bel établissement.

Nous pouvons accueillir une bonne quarantaine de voitures sur le parking et au cas échéant, accorder le stationnement sur notre cour intérieure. Nous avons toujours pu trouver une place de parking pour tous nos clients. Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pu dîner dans notre restaurant, mais malheureusement nous ne pouvons toujours accueillir tous nos clients. Il est donc fortement recommandé de réserver le restaurant en même temps que la chambre. Au plaisir de vous revoir, L'équipe de la Cour d'Alsace

Fortement recommandé si vous voulez ressentir l'atmosphère de l'Alsace. C'est le meilleur hôtel ici. Recommandé pour les Coréens à la recherche d'un hôtel de grande qualité
