Enjoy a historic setting with immediate access to shops and typical Alsatian restaurants, while being close to the charming Rue des Orfèvres. Ideal for an authentic immersion in the heart of the city! The apartment consists of: 🛋️ a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and two armchairs 🍽️ a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) 🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed 🛁🚽 a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet 🛗 The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. 🅿️ Nearby (about 100 meters away) are the public parking lots Gutenberg and Austerlitz (about 800 meters away). 🏡 The entire apartment will be yours.
