Très mauvais séjour personnel antipathique peu propre prélèvement effectué en plus de 100 euros pour avoir quitté la chambre à 9h40 au lieu de 9h30. Plainte déposée à la gendarmerie pour prélèvement injustifié. A l'arrivée impossible de joindre la personne sonette ne fonctionne pas résultat obligé de taper un quart d'heure sur le portail pour enfin se faire ouvrir. Stille - alt for stille

Et lille rent værelse med eget badeværelse.Skrivebord. Parkering på gaden uden for den låste port - det var upraktisk i forhold til bagagen. Bag den låste port var der hygge med heste i stalden og en meget fredelig hund. Ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Og den bager værten henviste til var under ombygning og var derfor lukket. Lokalområdet var meget stille og det var svært at finde en restaurant til aftensmad og som sagt fandt vi aldrig et sted hvor vi kunne sidde og få morgenmad

j'ai appris à 15h en informant de mon arrivée vers 20h que ce serait fermé, que personne ne me donnerait les clés, et que je voulais pas en plus que ce soit un hôtel. Je pensais aller sur hotel.com pour cela, et j'ai était surpris de tomber chez un particulier, dont on ne peut évidemment pas attendre qu'il soit un pros. Il y a erreur sur la proposition commerciale, mais il semble bien qu'on m'y a induit.

kein Zugang zu dem Gebäude möglich

Ausser einer Hausnummer an einer Gartenmauer war nichts zu finden. Kein Name, kein Schild, kein Parkplatz. Ankunft ca 20:30 Uhr - an der Klingel mit Sprechanlage habe ich über 5 Minuten versucht jemand zu erreichen. Es hat sich niemand gemeldet. Das heisst, bei Nacht in Frankreich eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit finden. Heute am Montag habe ich in meinem Spam-Ordner eine Mail gefunden: Eincheckmöglichkeit von 17:30 bis 19:30 Uhr. Davor oder danach ist es nicht möglich.

Guesthouse Closed

The place is difficult to find as no indication outside shows that behind the high wall and gate is a guesthouse hidden. Nobody answered the bell, my phone calls ended on a message box. After banging against the gate, neighbours showed up and a guy, who said, he cares for the owners horses. He called the owner lady somewhere in Italy and handed the phone to me. The owner claimed that she had no reservation and was rude.She said, the guesthouse is closed and it is my problem to find some other place. The neighbours told me that it happens frequently that guests show up and cannot enter the premises. I ended up at the local police station (Gendarmerie) reporting the fraud of paying the accommodation through Expedia in advance and finding a closed, non responsive place. I also reported this fly-by-night operation to the local community administration.

tres grande cour mais vehicule garer dans la rue .interdiction de fumer meme dans la cour obliger d aller fumer dans la rue sinon amande 200e.traverser la cour pour aller a la douche.petit dejeuner large choix mais pas de yaourt le premier matin deux creme chocolat le deuxieme jour plus qu une creme chocolat et le troisieme jour rien au deuxieme jours petit moucherons dans le jus de fruit pas couvert.

2 Nuits prévues à cet hotel. Le 1er jour l'hôtel me contacte, pour annuler ma nuit pour un souci familiale. Pas de problème je comprends, je réserve un autre hotel, ils me rembourseront le lendemain lors de la 2ème nuit. Le 2ème jour, je les contactent vers 20h pour les informer que j'arriverai tard. Injoignable. 22h j'arrive à l'hôtel, c'est un gîte en fait, le portail est fermé, personne ne répond à la sonnette, ni au téléphone. Je trouve un portable sur les pages jaunes, idem pas de réponse (j'ai laissé 2 messages). Je contacte la hotline qui essaye de les joindre idem, ils me confirment que l'adresse est la bonne. Du coup je prends un autre hotel à proximité dans l'urgence (il était 23h, j'étais HS). Depuis pas de nouvelles et la Hotline ne peut me rembourser. Depuis 5 ans que j'utilise hotels.com cette situation ne s'est jamais produite. C'est inadmissible

L'endroit est charmant mais le règlement est sévère: interdiction de fumer partout (y compris la cigarette électronique dans le jardin), verrouillage de la porte à double tour, interdiction de faire rentrer quiconque (le terrorisme...), pas de possibilité de rentrer la voiture.De ce fait , on se sent plus toléré qu'accueilli.

La peor experiencia de nuestra vida

Lamentable no hemos podido disfrutar de nuestra estancia en el hotel, ya que al llegar al establecimiento con 10 minutos de retraso sobre la hora máxima de entrada nos encontramos el hotel cerrado y sin ningún cartel en la entrada que de pistas de donde esta o como entrar. Al llamar al timbre y al teléfono que aparece en la reserva no recibimos respuesta alguna. Conseguimos finalmente acceder al establecimiento por la puerta entreabierta del garaje, y el propietario del hotel nos recibe con reproches de como hemos entrado en una propiedad privada y de que como se nos ocurre llegar tarde. La prepotencia y falta de educación del propietario nos hace tomar la decisión de no quedarnos en el hotel. Le explicamos que llevamos conduciendo 200km por carretera con tres niños pequeños, pero repite que esa es su propiedad con una chulería sin precedentes. Por dignidad propia decidimos no quedarnos, y reunimos insultos y hasta amenazas hacia mi mujer y gritos hacia mis hijos. Un auténtico desastre. Desaconsejamos a cualquier persona que visite este establecimiento y aconsejamos a hoteles.com que elimine este hotel de su lista para evitar tratos tan desagradables a nuevos clientes. A sido bochornoso para mi familia. Y nos hemos quedado son poder disfrutar de nuestro fin de semana en Strasburg al estar todo reservado. La pero experiencia en un hotel de nuestra vida.
