The landlord of this property is WONDERFUL with communication, helpful information. The information packet and very clear directions were super helpful. It was surprisingly quiet at night, given that there is a bar on the ground level of the building, but the walls are thick, and the courtyard provides some sound insulation. The apartment is full of character and in a great location. There are a lot of stairs to haul luggage up, and the bathroom is a little challenging in terms of size and access, especially for an older person with arthritis and a recent injury earlier in the vacation. But overall, it is a pleasant and authentic place to stay, providing a wonderful home base in the heart of the old town part of Strassbourg. ##### valerie h. It was also very well equipped with anything we needed which made it easier when staying for a few days.
