Close to everything, you will be delighted to explore the city! On a business trip, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the administrative center of the CUS and the NHC, in the heart of the Rive-Etoile district. 🛗The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in a new and secure residence. 🅿️ An underground parking space will be available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. 🛏️ This wonderful apartment is composed of a spacious bedroom, with a double bed. 🚿🧼 🚽 The apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and a washer-dryer machine. 🛋️ 🍽️ A living room/kitchen/meal space composed of a lounge area, with its comfortable sofa (convertible for 2 people) and flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a central island for meals. (Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) 🌞 A magnificent 21m² attic terrace with a table and chairs is at your disposal. 🛍️Many shops and restaurants are at your disposal in this quiet and residential area. 👣 Your stay in a few figures: ⛪ 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral, 🌉 25 minutes walk from Petite France, 🚄 35 minutes on foot or less than 20 minutes by Tram from the SNCF station 🚌 500m walk from the bus station (many national and international connections) 🛍️ 700m from RiveEtoile shopping center 🚃 300m from Etoile Polygone tram station is served by lines D and E 🚃 500m from Etoile Bourse tram station is served by lines D and E 🚃Lines A and D connect Strasbourg central station as well as Homme de Fer station in the heart of the historic center, 🚃Line E which takes you to the European parliament. 🏡The entire accommodation will be yours.
