We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and easy to access, and its location is perfect. The hosts were prompted with communications and clear with instructions. An excellent place to stay while in Bergen!

The staff made us feel like family. Rosa, Hilde, Amalie, and Souad were always available and helpful when needed.
The breakfast was amazing, especially the coffee refills and the omelets.
The hotel facilities were very clean and the lobby was a comfortable place to sit and have a coffee, tea or drink depending on what we felt like.
We cannot wait to return.

"Please note if booking through a 3rd party, like Expedia, the pool is not included. This was not clear in the description as it states swimming pool available. Was the main reason we booked. Still outstanding complaint with Expedia which has gone unresolved for several days since making the claim. ..."
