"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."

"The property was clean and in a nice location. The host was responsive. However, there was no information in the house for WiFi, or where to locate the kayaks if we used them., or clean up expectations. It would be helpful to have that information available."
