Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2024 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Mel V. 2 Feb 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location for skiing The apartment was clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could want in a vrbo stay. I loved that it was dog friendly and so close to Stowe - so easy to get there by car or by the bus that stops almost right in front of the lot you park in. My one negative comment is not the VRBO’s fault but I feel it’s necessary to note and remind people searching that the location above the bar does matter. Most nights the music ended early but Saturday night the bartender FORGOT to turn the music off and it played literally all night and into the morning. I’m a New Yorker noise doesn’t really bother me but it did make the floor vibrate in addition to the noise of it. Need to know if you’re a sensitive sleeper. Otherwise would stay again. ##### Mel V. Additionally it was warm in the apartment. A fan was not provided and only one window had a screen, so opening windows without letting bugs in was difficult. Finally, you are hit by a somewhat strong, but tolerable, odor of dog urine upon entering, since part of the apartment is carpeted. Outside of these issues, the cleanliness throughout the apartment was good and we enjoyed our stay. However, I would not stay here again. ##### Tyler Z.
