New! Vermont modern farmhouse in Stowe Village

  • Newly designed, furnished, and equipped with quality and your travel comfort in mind. Close to everything you came to Stowe for, this newly constructed home sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, with new appliances, amenities, and luxury linens. Beautiful artwork, parlor-game tables, wifi & HD television are just the beginning of your enjoyment. You won't find a cleaner, newer, more comfortable or conveniently located space for your visit to Stowe.
    This residential Maple Street address is one of the oldest in the town of Stowe, dating back to the mid-1700's. Sadly, the original farmhouse built on this location sat empty and abandoned for many years, consequently deteriorating beyond repair. As homage to the old dwelling, we were able to salvage and repurpose many of its original hand-hewn timbers and give them renewed life and purpose in the Vermont Modern Farmhouse we designed and recently completed construction on.

    We trust our guests will enjoy a thoughtful balancing of old and new, style and comfort, coziness and openness, privacy and connection designed into the new home, all the way down to the fine details. This home gives you and your loved ones a chapel-like sanctuary to unwind and relax in during your visit to Vermont's most historic, charming, and fun destinations, Stowe. This whole home rental, and the property on which it sits, is yours for the duration of your stay.

Great place for multiple couples. Clean and well-appointed with similar sized queen bedrooms. It's right on 100 in town, so you can walk to trails, bars, shops and restaurants, but you will hear the traffic during the day. Definitely appreciated the "smart home" music and the acoustic guitar ready to play.

Great Location and Accommodations

Beautiful home

We all really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient to town. We walked into town for dinner most nights, but cooking meals at home was no problem either. The weather was frigid while we were there but the house was warm and cozy. There is an open plan kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We highly recommend staying here!

Early Spring Ski Trip

Weston and Amy thought of everything. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well labeled for our convenience. Weston was very responsive to every question, and we had everything we needed for a fun family get away. Fantastic Stay!

The house is well appointed and is an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We even took the free bus back from skiing one day (it’s about a half mile walk to the shuttle stop). They have far and away the best coffee equipment of any rental place I’ve stayed (grinder, legitimate cappuccino machine, chemex, long neck kettle, and more). There are 4 bedrooms with large beds and a really nice pull out bed in the loft.

Amazing property

I had a great stay with my family over MLK. The house was exceptionally clean- and I say this as someone who is a clean freak - the kitchen was very well equipped. The house was very warm and that was much appreciated because the weekend we visited it was freezing in Vermont! The layout of the house was perfect and the owners really thought through nice little touches to make the home more comfortable. It was also easy to walk into town, which is charming. We will definitely be returning:

What a magnificent way to spend the holidays and ring in the new year! The property was perfect for our family getaway. The house is magnificent and every detail is attended to. Graduation weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Stowe Farmhouse. The home is beautiful and very well equipped. We decided to stay in Stowe for our daughter’s graduation from UVM and couldn’t have been any happier. The home was perfect for our family with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3&1/2 bathrooms. We were able to walk to the Main Street of Stowe and had access to the hiking path from the Quiet Path just across the street. The communication with the owners was great. The property is pristine and beautiful. Everything we needed was present including directions. It was walking distance to town. We hiked a lot and of course Stowe has many places to do that. We all agreed that it was the nicest place we've rented through VRBO. My communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. When we go back, this will be the 1st property we'll look for. Wonderful for our big family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Weston and Amy's property. With 8 adults and two children, the house was able to accommodate all of us comfortably with private bedrooms. We appreciated all of the small details incorporated into the home, from the fresh flowers/coffee/fudge when we arrived, to the heated floors! It was a quick drive/walk to downtown Stowe, and only about 10 minutes from the mountain. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with cooking gear, allowing us to make family meals. Weston and Amy were thoughtful and detailed in their communication, making it a seamless stay. We will certainly stay here again, thank you Weston and Amy!

Stowe Stay

The house is new and updated. The beds and linens are nice quality . It is also very clean the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Walking distance to downtown ! My only complaint is there is not a TV in the main living area for group watching of sports , etc. The main photo is the back of the house and does not show that you are about thirty feet from the major highway through Stowe. Maple Street is also State Highway 100. The traffic is very noisy and starts ar four AM on the front side of the house.

Cousins and dear Aunt Leaf Lookers

5 cousins (the youngest is 67!) took our 97 yo aunt to Vermont for fall foliage and quality family time. It was indeed the trip of a lifetime for us all! The Stowe new farmhouse was incredible for us, so clean, modern but old farmhouse feel, the kitchen is incredible, the bathrooms so accommodating for 6 women! Conveniently close to the beautiful town of Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Lake Champlain, Mount Washington- yes, we did it all! Just incredible! Yes, nothing compares to fall in Vermont and upstate NY, NH for fall foliage! Just incredible! 5 Star in every way! Amazing stay at this newly renovated property!

My sister got married in Stowe last month and my parents, myself and the happy couple stayed here leading up the wedding. We could not have been happier with the house and the experience. The recently remodeled home was impeccable and the thought into how to make this a very functional space for multiple skiers, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms/showers gave all of us the space we needed leading up to a hectic weekend ahead. We cooked many meals in the fully stocked and beautiful kitchen and my sister still talks about the espresso machine! We had way too much fun with the shuffleboard table upstairs! Wes and Amy were extremely communicative and even let us check in just a tad early on the first day, which we so appreciated after a long drive from CT. The property was within walking distance from the downtown which made access to shopping and restaurants a breeze and the drive to the mountain was very easy as well. We all hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!!!

Beautiful home in an excellent location

Stayed the week of Fourth of July for our first visit to Stowe. The house is in a perfect location with easy access to the town. The home itself is immaculate, just like the photos. It is well stocked with all the cooking tools you could possibly want including multiple types of coffee makers (no keurig). Also lots of card and board games available as well as a foosball and Shuffleboard table. The only downside to be aware of is there can be a good bit of road noise in the front facing bedrooms that starts in pretty early in the morning. I think this was maybe a little worse than normal during our stay because they are working on the road nearby so there were a lot of trucks passing by. We had our phones play some white noise in the morning and it was fine. One big perk we weren’t aware of when booking is that the Fourth of July fireworks were completely visible from the house. Awesome views of the whole event.
