The check in process sucked. We arrived exhausted from our travel to check in at 4:20, check in was supposed to be at 4:00\. We were told we could not check in until 5:00\. Of course we had not planned ahead to eat at the Bierhall so we had to scramble to find out where to go eat. The manager called me back around 5:30, a little late to be helpful and offered us 100 to make up for it. We didn't receive anything. But that aside, I love this place and am hoping to rent it this summer, but also management would not return my many emails and messages about this as well. ##### Erika S.
