Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Mountainside Resort has issued a do-not-drink water mandate due to high PFAS levels. Water is available at the Mountainside office and pool area. Additionally, the owner provides a water filtration machine on the counter and a PFA filtration pitcher in the refrigerator. Water should be used only when it is not being consumed. Kick back in comfort and luxury when you book this lovely home featuring on-site amenities that include a shared pool and hot tub and even a shared tennis court! Inside, you'll find a spacious living area dressed with comfortable furniture and attractive wall art. The electric fireplace is a great way to bring some atmosphere to tonight's dinner party, and you'll have a blast preparing your home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Use the appliances, counter space, and cookware to turn out your creativity, then let the dishwasher take care of those dirty dishes while you serve your guests at the adorable dining table. On summer evenings, you can even take your meals al fresco out on the private deck while the wind rustles through the trees. The primary bedroom features a queen and a twin rollaway and the guest room has a queen bed, offering space for up to five guests. Although signs indicated water was available in the poolhouse and office, the office was closed and the poolhouse dispenser was empty. This is my third stay, and I hope to keep coming back. Great property and amenities. The condo is spacious and accommodating with everything you need to relax with a movie, make a meal, catch some nice views with a cup of coffee or wine on the deck. The property's pool, sauna and hot tub were definitely a bonus after a long day. This is the perfect location for exploring the area, only 20 minutes to Waterbury and 40 minutes to Burlington. There's a great BBQ restaurant Nocturnal and a brewery Alchemist just at the bottom of the hill from the condo, a quick walk away. Downtown Stowe has so many cute shops and restaurants, as well as a farmers market on Sunday. One of my favorite activities are the handful of easy to moderate waterfall hikes within 15 minutes. Definitely check out Sterling Gorge Falls, Bingham Falls and Moss Glen if you need a little bit of nature. The condo was spotless with plenty of towels, the water was an issue, even though we rented knowing we could not use or drink the water. We were told there would be water to use, there was a Brita left in the fridge but where did that water come from? There should have been a couple of unopened gallon jugs or water bottles. When they get the water situation under control I would definitely stay there again. ##### Eileen T. Also, there’s an issue with the water in the complex so you can’t use the tap water. There was a special water filter on the counter to use. The condo is in a great location and we did enjoy our stay even though there were these issues to deal with. One suggestion, the rugs could use good cleaning. ##### Cathy E. The condo was beautiful and I especially liked the pool and hot tub. It was pretty clean and the balcony was great.
