The house is very cute. spectacular views can be seen from the windows. The house was warm and welcoming, although the outside was brutally cold. There are board games and a small pool table to keep the family busy at night. It had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the mini foosball and pool table. Really appreciated the extra details like having portable ACs available as the weather was hot. Overall, a 5 star stay but just a few quibbles: 1\. The water in the shower and kitchen sink had the hot/cold reversed. Not a big deal once we figured it out, but it was confusing at first. 2\. Some of the towel hooks are held on by adhesive and fell off with the weight of the towels. Would definitely recommend again. ##### John Z. It's ideally located with a beautiful view and the lawn is great for games. It is clean and comfortable and the property managers are responsive. Small drawbacks include large and noisy humidifiers and portable air conditioners that are needed due to higher temperatures and heavy rainfall in Vermont. Stained ikea duvets with mismatched sheets on both sides, a trundle that doesn’t roll under the bed, peeling paint, missing lights, outlets that don’t work, no living room or kitchen rug, missing bench at the kitchen table, lots of dust, cut out drywall in the master bedroom and closet, stained ceiling above microwave, and lots of spider webs. Feels like a cabin that wasn’t prepared for us that’s missing all of the little niceties though 4 k-cups were included when we arrived, no sugar for coffee. It’s a split 5-unit building on a beautiful piece of land very close to Stowe! I love the location but lots of little things could be done in the interior.
