It was clean and had everything we needed for a ski vacation including a great washer and dryer. A quick drive to Stowe or you can take the ski bus. You can walk to down town shopping and restaurants. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with and even checked in a few times during our stay. Definitely recommended as would stay here again. We loved the heated tile floors for cold nights and a very comfortable king size bed. While I will agree with other reviews the bedroom door to the patio is very hard to open but, it is a nice spot to sit and listen to the creek for coffee in the am. It was so easy to walk to coffee, shops, and dining. Less great was the living room furniture. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and the pull out bed was possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. I understand and expect pull outs won’t be great, but this was barely functioning which made for some grumpy kids on the slopes. There also weren’t extra blankets or pillows - so make that cold, grumpy kids. The place was old and could use some love, but it was very clean. Uncomfortable living/TV space. I'd say overall that the quality is on the level of a mobile home. Cleanliness - exterior needs maintenance. We were able to walk in two different directions to access restaurants and shopping as well as trails in and around Stowe. The location cannot be beat!! Customer service and communication was 100% awesome and responsive, the check-in and check-out process was efficient and easy and when we needed a fan and a baby/dog gate, both items were delivered in less than 24 hours. The property was as advertised and totally fit our needs. It was clean and tidy and the bed was SUPER comfortable and we loved the porch that overlooked the river below where we sipped wine and played hands of Uno! But the bathroom is a little dark as no light in the shower, the AC units were super loud, and the porch and front door need a little TLC. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. We did connect with your tech team and the were great in trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing worked to do so. With the river right behind the condo, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of running water over the rocks in the riverbed. And, the deck off the bedroom is a great place to have breakfast, lunch, or just lounge. On the downside, the place is in need of an update. The rugs are worn, the caulking around the bathtub is mildewed, and the A/C units are a disaster. The one in the living room is too loud to use when you want to watch TV, and the one in the bedroom has no control knobs, making it pretty useless. Luckily, the nights were cool while we were there, so we didn't really need them. ##### Mike M. The location of the property was perfect for walking to downtown and access to the bike path. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a weekend getaway. The management company was excellent to work with and provided details about the access well in advance of our arrival. Would defintly recommend this unit! ##### Mark Q. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. The only exception is that the outside desperately needs some power washing. Response from host: Thank you Robert. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! The construction next door has kicked up some dust this summer and power washing is scheduled for the fall, when they are finished. Love love love!!! The inside of the property is beautiful, up-to-date, well stocked and extremely comfortable. The only reason we gave it a four is because the outside desperately needs to be power washed and cleaned. We were thoroughly blessed with the service that we experienced from Kelly. Top-notch customer service. This company rescued our vacation!
