The bed linens are not great and all of the towels are child size. The cooking utensils, specific pots and pans are horrible (I had to go buy a pan to cook in, and left it). The pillows on the couch are GROSS and so is the rug in the living room. Everything has a damp feel because the windows cannot be opened and they don't leave AC on for ventilation/dehumidifation. My kids and I loved being able to wake up and take a short walk down main street to a café for some coffee and a bite to eat. The apartment really is so close to everything you need! My only issues were the comforter in the main bedroom was very clearly dirty(we washed it with the detergent they provided) and the fact the refrigerator was broken and replaced with a mini fridge and nobody communicated that to us until we arrived and went to use the fridge. 5 people using a mini fridge was a bit of an inconvenience but they did offer to relocate us which we declined due to this location being what we wanted. This village condo was just perfect for our family for a 4 day ski getaway. Location is amazing - we loved going to fondue just 3 doors down, Harrison’s and the Whip (1 block away) and all the adorable downtown Stowe shops (all within 3 blocks!). Was super convenient to be across from the Village market, we did breakfasts in the condo before skiing and if anyone wanted a snack, they could just walk across the parking lot. Last but certainly not least, the shower was very hot and had good pressure - key after a ski day!! We loved our time here and would def stay again. ##### Anne R. Vacasa actually told us they were only a messenger service and the property manager would address the issue. Vacasa stated, 11 times, they had placed an emergency note on our issue and the manager would take care of it immediately. Never happened. What was guaranteed in our rental agreement never happened. Cons: windows weren’t operable and signs instructed them not to be opened; smelled like dog when the space heated up during the day with no A/C or airflow; ridiculous 7-digit door code that wasn’t even my phone number for easy recall; writing a review for both Vacasa and VRBO. ##### Kari L.
