Leuk, landelijk huisje in Stoumont met veel faciliteiten (keukengerei, brochures, pingpongtafel, grote en zonnige tuin, ...). De regendouche was een echte meerwaarde. Goed om te weten: energie- en waterkosten worden achteraf verrekend; dit wordt duidelijk en transparant gecommuniceerd via de website en door de eigenaar. Minpuntje: de matras en het bed in de slaapkamer aan de voorzijde zijn dringend aan vervanging toe.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche über Silvester in dem Haus verbracht.Der Wohn- und Essbereich sind einladend und gemütlich, wozu der gut laufende urige Ofen Einiges beiträgt. Holz ist reichlich vorhanden zu einem fairen Preis.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gerade noch ausreichend und müsste erneuert werden. Messer und Pfannen sind kaum benutzbar, die Kaffeemaschine war verdreckt. Zimmer und Herren sind in Ordnung. Die Dusche hätte dringend eine gründliche Reinigung gebraucht, im Plastikboden der Duschwanne war ein Riss.Die Gegend ist sehr schön, es gibt Spazier- und Wanderwege in der direkten Umgebung.

Tolles geräumiges Haus, großer Garten, ideal mit Schaukel, Trampolin und Grill. Für Geschäfte eine 13-minütige Fahrt nach Trois-Point. Schöne Wanderrouten mit Ausblicken in die Umgebung (mit Wegweisern). Schöne Ausflüge: Sauvage Zoo, Blegny-Mine, Chateau Modave, Lüttich, Spa. Das Haus könnte hier und da etwas Wartung gebrauchen und vielleicht eine neue Spülmaschine (nicht alles wird sauber). Außerdem hatten wir zwei Wochen lang einen tollen Urlaub.

Schön gelegen, sehr freundliche Besitzer. Leider ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt Schimmel im Badezimmer. Und es wurde auch nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Dusche war in Ordnung und alles funktionierte. Das Haus verfügt über einen schönen Garten und liegt in der idealen Umgebung, um die Ardennen zu erkunden.
