Free water available downstairs (think they offer free drinks at the main building too). Location very convenient, 5 minute walk from the train station. Also very soundproof - you won't hear any noises from the room."

"In a good location easy to find when driving by car. Europa Park is about a 15-25 minute walk dependant on your age (we are 60+) and its all flat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are great for a short stay. We find the lack of anywhere to put your clothes a bit disappointing but it didn't hurt for a short stay to leave everything in our cases. The underground car park is secure. We opted not to have breakfast so cannot offer any feedback."
