Amazing room and the service was great! They really make sure to take care of you. I asked for extra pillows and they delivered. Wonderful staff as well.

The hotel building and amenities were nice. The view of Dallas skyline from the rooftop pool and bar is great. The room was a spacious, almost loft-like set up. It is very clean. Interestingly, the building housed a former casket maker. Art work is everywhere and a grand piano sits in the modern chill lobby. The restaurant is very good but sparsely populated when I was there. Most of all the staff were all genuinely kind, pleasant and attentive. Some folks may not be 100% comfortable with neighborhood street life but the police station is directly across the street. I had no problem walking around the area that seems to be moving upscale. The nearness to downtown is definitely a plus.
