Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

"One huge issue I have with this hotel and I have started many times here. The check in/check out process is extremely slow and cumbersome. Guests should not have to wait in line for as long as they do. There is massive room for improvement. It reminds me of the queue in LIDL. Hope the management ..."

"The hotel location is perfect. Sits adjacent to the tower bridge and many other attractions are at a walkable distance. The rooms could definitely use some renovations,furniture was outdated and needs a refresh. I would stay at this property again."
