The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Olabisa was ALWAYS working hard to make sure the lobby, elevators, and surrounding areas were spotless, and her attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed.
Ethan and the Valet/Bell staff were absolutely amazing—10/10 service! They took excellent care of our vehicles and always had them ready quickly whenever we wanted to head out. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and professional.
Ethan especially went above and beyond. He made sure our luggage was delivered promptly and placed exactly where we wanted it, and he even took the time to give us some great recommendations for things to do during our trip. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference when you’re traveling.
Overall, the cleanliness of the property and the outstanding service from Olabisa, Ethan, and the Valet/Bell team made our stay that much more enjoyable. They are definitely an asset to the property!
