- Exclusive Palmtree filled Bayfront compound on Snug Harbor across from the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor on Seven Mile Island! This wonderfully spacious 4BR bayfront home retreat is also available as a 2 home integrated complex with adjacent 9019 3rd Ave to sleep 14 total) offering 2 spacious decks, multiple docks/slips for boats. With four bedrooms, including three king beds and one twin bunk bed, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. The three bathrooms/outdoor shower making post-beach/bay easy and convenient. Guests enjoy fantastic cool air conditioning throughout the fully stocked home. Whether you’re getting ready for a day out on the beach (a short 2 blocks), water paddleboarding, kayaking, or just floating in the semi-private basin or winding down in the evening to watch a spectacular sunset, the house offers everything needed for a tremendous stay. 2 outdoor firepits lounges-1 bayside lounge and 1 private courtyard offer relaxing day or night time group enjoyment. Wifi, high-capacity ice machine, full laundry and more! We’re happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. 2 Paddleboards, 2 kayaks, cornhole set and 6 bikes available*.
