9/10 Wonderful! (229 reviews)
lovely old building and great food. Breakfast was especially good with a lot of choice which was freshly cooked. The room was well appointed but the only flaw was the radiator didn't work in the bathroom. Free parking across the road

8.4/10 Very good! (7 reviews)
Great location in Clifton. Combination washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedroom was in need of a vacuum and mattress was a bit soft for our liking.

8/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
The hotel is well located and the rooms were compact but comfy. Staff were very helpful. What gave the 3 out of 5 stars is that the windows are only single glazed - at least at the back of the hotel. There was a hotel function going on in the rear courtyard (receptionist said it would be until 12pm) and even with the window closed and curtains pulled, it was so loud I had no chance of sleep and had an early start the following day. I asked to move rooms but as the hotel was fully booked the best the hotel would offer was a 10% refund.
