The room itself was clean and generally well maintained. However, it was quite cold overnight, and there were no additional blankets or covers available in the wardrobe, which would have made the room considerably more comfortable. Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing. The overall quality and selection were poor. The yoghurt was labelled as Greek yoghurt, but it had neither the taste nor the thick consistency I would normally associate with Greek yoghurt. The fresh fruit selection was also very limited, and the coffee was particularly poor. For a hotel breakfast, I would have expected a much better standard and greater choice. The Wi-Fi was another significant frustration. The connection was very poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use properly. In a hotel, particularly when guests may need internet access for work or travel arrangements, reliable Wi-Fi should really be a basic expectation. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was a positive, but the lack of adequate warmth, very poor Wi-Fi and disappointing breakfast considerably detracted from the stay. Improvements in these fairly basic areas would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Never received the check in details correctly had to spend first 10 minutes giving details before I gained access to room there’s no reception to resolve anything all done by phone Advertised as city view not the best of views Room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need for your stay The little cave area that’s converted to a seating area was quirky This hotel is like a shared air BnB you have your room but access to a full kitchen washer and dryer with a separate area with tables and chairs for dining Overall a great experience once check in issue was resolved
