Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped.

VERY small room. Annoying entry system.- had to haul our luggage along way from parking lot and up a flight of stairs to front entrance. Weren’t give door code until 4 pm on day of arrival. Close to subway station

This was a big apartment - the main bedroom was a good size, although it would have been nice to have a table for glasses, clock, phone, etc. next to the bed. The living room had a pull out couch for the kids, a small table, and a desk, which was great. The kitchen - although small, offered all the basic amenities that we could have needed. We only used the microwave once and the kettle, but it was nice to have the option to cook if I wanted to. The bathroom was really really small, but the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is up a small hill from the train station (about a block away, and I felt every step up hill after walking the whole day!). There isn't a lot around there for dining that we could see, and the stores closed earlier than what we hoped. It was a great place to stay and take the train into the city and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The place is ok for the price. My studio was ok. No thrills. I was in Stockholm for a an internship. So the studio was convenient for the purpose. The gym is VERY basic. But I managed to sweat. The metro is very close. The supermarket not so close in my opinion, but still a walking distance. There’s a restaurant that closes at midnight but their kitchen closes earlier than that. The hotel doesn’t have senior management on site. So you have to call customer service for every issue. 1 minor issue. I told hi to a cleaning lady. She looked at me and didn’t respond. Staff should perhaps be trained on politeness. 1 not so minor. You have to exit the building to throw away the trash and enter by another door. I thought it was inconvenient. All in all, the place was convenient for what I was there for. If I were to go back to Stockholm for more than a week, I would probably choose this place again. But not for a quick vacay.

I stayed at this place for one night because I was looking for somewhere to do my washing. I’m extremely glad I only stayed for one night as this place is a dump. First I had issues with getting in to the hotel as I had tried to enter via the car park. For some reason the code that is texted to you to access the hotel does not work on this door but there is nothing to tell you this. The room itself wasn’t too bad but unfortunately there is little to no sound insulation here. The other guests at this hotel were extremely noisy. I could hear voices in the corridor all night. I also was waken up by people speaking loudly outside the hotel. This place also attracts undesirable people as when I went to use the laundry room the place stunk of cannabis. The laundry room was also an insult as this place does not provide guests their own detergent. I had to walk to the supermarket to buy some. Do not stay here or at any Forenom property in Sweden. I stayed at one in Norway which was very good but this was is one to avoid.

Good location near to public transport. Clean and sunny room. Easy to access using entry code system. Good cold buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff at reception. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Run down, but ok. Not more.
A pretty much run-down building with rooms for a reasonable price. My bed was to soft for my liking and it felt as if it was to fall apart. When I sat down on the bed it felt as if the legs were falling of or breaking. It is VERY basic, but if you can't find another reasonable priced hotel close by; ok. You will get a code for the hotel and your room, so no key to drop. Just the code to remember... The breakfast was included and was ok. It is just a few minutes walk (3-4) down to Alvik Metro station.

Quite small family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not much space and very tiny shared kitchen. Laundry is for 25 dkk (wash) and 25 dkk (dry) but never used it during my stay due to it’s out of order. Good deal for breakfast

Well worth the money to stay here
Convenient location, with easy train or tram access to sites all over the region. Record heat this summer was the only downfall - no a/c and a shortage of fans (although we were given one!) Local market meant making meals was convenient to reduce costs. Great staff- very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend the transit Access Pass - well worth the money to access trains, trams, & ferries all over the area.

Dusty abd not clean
Very disappointing. Lots of dust and fluf every where even on beds. It seemed the last family stayed here were over months here. We had to clean somewhat and then stay since it was very late to find another accommodation due to high demands on this time of year. The hotel is close to metro but it is far from the city centre. We had to go to the city centre to go to restaurant and shoppobg. The staff are nice and the apartment itself is spacious though. On the whole comparing with the hotels that I have seen it is very disappointing and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyable stay and overall good value
Enjoyable stay and overall good value; very friendly and accommodating staff, provides a good range of amenities to make it a comfortable stay. I've used this hotel on 3 occasions and have only noticed a small issue, which is obviously not a deal breaker, which the housekeeping staff could catch a few more details between guest turnovers because on occation there had been a light bulb that needed changing and/or a window or wall that needed an extra wipe. With that said I still think its a good value and would recommend it.

clean. facilities. view from height. a little noisy due to trams and trains. unexpected parking fee for hotel situated not in the centre of the town.
