There is also a smaller water front cottage (no electricity or running water) only 50m from the main cottage that has two beds. Walking distance to large preserve area with forest and meadows. 3-4 km walk to restaurant, lake with beach and illuminated track. 7 minute walk to bus that leaves every hour for central Stockholm. 15 minute walk to the very convenient ferry that take you to central Stockholm in 45 minutes or to the vast archipelago. 15 minutes by car to the closest shopping center. ## Property amenities ### Parking and transport - Besonders spannend war die Tier- und Vogelwelt direkt vor der Haustür, ob ein Reh zum Frühstück im Vorgarten oder die Haubentaucher mit Nachwuchs im 'Gepäck', alles war aus nächster Nähe zu beobachten. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist zwar klein und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, aber es hat definitiv Charme und die Lage ist einmalig. Wir haben abwechselnd in dem kleinen Häuschen direkt am Wasser übernachtet und es war einfach nur toll. Wir haben das Boot für Erkundungstouren genutzt und waren auch im Wasser schwimmen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall, mit der Fähre vom Anleger "Riset" aus nach Stockholm zu fahren. Entspannter und schöner geht es kaum. Außerdem können wir ein Besuch der Insel Vaxholm empfehlen. Wir haben diese Woche im Schärengarten von Stockholm sehr genossen! ##### Marika S. Wir konnten frühzeitig das Häuschen übernehmen. Die Lage ist perfekt sei es für Bike Touren, Bootsausflüge, Spaziergänge, Baden vor dem Haus oder einfach um sich auszuruhen. Tägliche Fahren mit dem Ruderboot sind unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir haben in der kleinen Hütte, die doch etwas mehr als 50m vom Haupthaus entfernt ist, am Wasser geschlafen - einmaliges Gefühl der besonderen Art. Haus und Hütte sind schon etwas älter und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Zudem dürfte die Reinigung durch dem Vormieter nicht gerade vorbildlich gewesen sein. Den netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter haben wir bei der Ankunft kurz persönlich kennengelernt. Er war aber jederzeit elektronisch erreichbar und hat meist prompt reagiert. Zu den beiden Häuschen gehören ein Ruderboot, perfekt zum Angeln, und ein Badesteg. Wenn man nach Stockholm fahren will, dann lohnt sich der 20-minütige Spaziergang zur Anlegestelle Riset, von wo aus die Waxholmsbolaget Boote direkt in die Innenstadt fahren... eine schönere Art nach Stockholm zu kommen, gibt es wohl kaum. ##### Kristin S.
