Wonderful condo grouping
House was exactly as stated. We enjoyed it there. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it. Nice touch having the bikes there to use! Condo pool was great too. We enjoyed the amenities! Would stay again if we came back to the area!

Condo was clean and orderly and as-advertised. Host was easy to deal with. Would've hoped for more paper products for the price we paid! Overall enjoyed our stay. Pool was lovely.

This property is great for a renter that has a car because it is located too far from the touristy area of Key West without one. I did not have a car, so that is why I rate the location and neighborhood low. I got around using Key West Transit. There is no grocery store, and only a couple restaurants, within walking distance. The rental backs up to the main highway, so it is too noisy to enjoy the decks. The pool area and the work out room are very nice however. I felt comfortable being in this very clean gated condo community since there are pockets of seedy streets nearby. The overall affordable price of the property reflects the inconveniences of the area. I never opened the lower garage so I did not see or use the beach chairs, the grill, or the bicycles. Therefore, I cannot rate them. The online photos reflect the interior of the rental well. From what I could tell, the owner delivered what is listed on the Vrbo site, and nothing more or less.

We will be back
We had a great time. We utilized the bikes, chairs and coolers that were provided with the condo. Pool was warm and kids used both the pool and workout room several times. Condo was roomy and comfortable.

Great property - perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. Great pool, close to everything. Bikes and beach chairs were a nice added plus - very reasonable!

Beautiful property. Next to bike trail and bikes are provided. Very nice pool. Home is well stocked, clean, tastefully decorated. Large outside balconies, great for morning coffee.

Spring Break
The location is awesome. I heard comments about the noisy highway, which is true. But we weren’t in the house all that much, because the swimming pool was just a few minutes walk. We learned that the seven bikes, beach towels. & chairs and coolers weren’t in all condos. We made good use of these extras that were in the condo. The location is close to Key West by vehicle, walk or bike’s. We loved our stay and it would come back to this rental if we’re back in the area again.

I’m glad you liked our place, however You are one of the few who have ever made comment that our sofa was uncomfortable. As anyone knows you can’t please everyone so if that was your only issue, I am okay with that. Very nice place. Everything was clean included everything we needed.

Beautiful Place
We arrived in keywest for my sister's wedding, staying for three days. The kids loved the pool. It was awesome having a washer and dryer, and being able to cook with a kitchen, making breakfast & lunch, etc. We laughed about the roosters, they must be on keywest time waking up at 11:00am. Also, my sister came over, she lives three minutes away, the town home looked better than hers think she was jealous. Judie, we will be coming back the interior was very comfortable. Thank you!

good location, clean and tidy upon arrival and owner was easily reachable!
We enjoyed our stay at Judy Tomita's property and it is within short driving distance to the main hub of Key west. The condo has all basic amenities and located in a gated neighborhood. We had an infant with us and Judy was able to arrange a crib rental for us at short notice but if given advance notice other things can also be arranged and ready upon arrival including high chair, pack and play via rental at reasonable rate. Basic beach supplies and bikes also available for use for guests. You do need a car to get to downtown Keywest and beaches. Overall very happy with the stay and recommend this to everyone.

Perfect family getaway
Wonderful home close to Key West! We were overly pleased with the cleanliness, attention to detail, and location near Key West. The pool on site is perfect to relax and enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of life. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Great vacation home
The accommodations were very nice. Lots of room to spread out and very relaxing. The pool was very close to the condo and felt very safe in the gated community. Close to restaurants, CVS and only a few minutes from downtown Key West. Judy was also very helpful in hooking us up with Spear It Charter, for spear fishing. That was amazing and the highlight of our trip. The condo could use a few more bath towels and some new pillows, but overall, we had a great experience and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Comfortable house just north of Key West
Two couples spent a week in February - sunny every day with high temps 73 to 81. Great for biking, walking, AND swimming! House was super-clean, with plenty of towels (bath and beach), well-stocked kitchen, good living space (LR, DR). Plusses for us were the extras - 7 bikes and 2 helmets, coolers, some rafts, 4 beach chairs - since we had flown and did not have any of these. Drawback was nearness to Route 1, so was too noisy to enjoy the 2 screened porches. We had looked for places near Duval Street downtown, but this was more reasonably priced. We had some great food at the local restaurants on Stock Island: Roostica, Hogfish Grill, Hurricane Hole, and French pastry shop next to Roostica. Favorite extra: 10 minute bike ride each morning to watch sunrise on South Roosevelt - a very peaceful experience.

Perfect location
