I stayed on my own and felt safe and secure. The only thing missing really is a small oven which would increase the cooking options. Everything was spotlessly clean and well thought out. It’s a great base for travelling and then coming back for peace and tranquility. On arrival it is obvious how much care goes into to the cottage to ensure your stay is as welcoming as possible. There was supply of tea, coffee and milk amongst other items. Also supplied was a great deal of information on the local area, details on eateries including cafes and pubs and menus for local takeaways. The cottage is in a perfect for one to two people want to explore the Scottish countryside and is also close to Stirling and other smaller towns who may wish to explore these please also. We stayed for 2 nights and the hosts provided everything we could possibly need plus extras! The property is very clean, modernly decorated and is extremely cosy. It's also located in a perfect area with easy access to the main local routes.
