"Great location for us visiting Glasgow student area, bed really comfortable duvet lovely but pillows were so horrifically lumpy and hard I had to fold up a jumper to lie on to get to sleep. !! Car park was awful if you have anything bigger than a Fiat 500 good luck getting in or out. Staff very friendly though and very reasonably priced "

"The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also fine the only issue was the complication in putting the heating on which is similar to other hotels. I had a meal which I enjoyed and the waitress staff were helpful, obliging and professional. "

"Wonderful. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. Getting to the room was a bit of a faff but the staff were more than pleased to help. We had to go through the dining area to find the lift which was maybe a bit strange. It is an old building though so it was perhaps down to this! I would most definitely stay here again. I love Glasgow"
