It's more than that, and better. This unit is one of two, attached to the estate withprivate entrances/exits, all very nice. You have permission to walk around 75% of the grounds and you can eat ripe apples or any fruit that's ready. The town, restaurants, groceries, and tourist attractions are all short drives.
