About this property

Views galore nestled on the hill above town

  • This comfortable home located on the hill in Stinson Beach features a back deck with a spa that looks up ensuite bathroom. There is a large flat screen TV with all sports channels available, as well as on demand pay-per-view movies. Baby gear available: crib, pack and play and baby bath. You are steps to the Matt Davis Trail, and a 10 minute walk to both town and the beach. NOTE: There is a small studio under the main house with a separate entrance that can be rented separately or added to the house rental. Gas Grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 2 King beds, and 1 Queen blow up bed.

    NOTE:
    All online bookings are subject to owner approval.
    Minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span. 31 day rentals are also allowed and have a slight discount.
