- The Cottage on 9th Avenue is a charming, historic, turn of the century house that has been updated with all the modern conveniences. It’s med-century, folk art vibes are the perfect home base for any trip to Stillwater. The house has two full sized bedrooms, including two queen beds plus a separate office space with a child bed/sofa chair and a cozy 3rd bed room with a twin bed. Each bedroom has its own AC unit along with a centrally located heating and air units. Guests have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The single bathroom features a hair dryer for added convenience and locally made goats milk soaps. Whether you’re working remotely or need a quiet spot to read, the cool office space offers a peaceful retreat. All the parking is in the rear of the home. There are two covered parking spots and ample parking for larger vehicles, trailers, or RVs. Book now and enjoy everything this enchanting house has to offer.
