Boho 405 - DI Home Rentals

Boho 405 is a brand new build, centrally located in Cowboy Country. Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, you can enjoy your stay at our chic 1 bed/1 bath home. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the living room has a queen sleeper and a stacked washer/dryer is available. The home is walking distance from downtown, several eateries and is less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the east is also one of our short-term rentals.

Other things to note:
The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided if noise is an issue.

We are currently working on the aesthetics of the location. We purchased multiple properties at once and are rebuilding them one at a time.

Perfect
Spacious 1 bedroom with terrific amenities. Particularly loved the big soft towels. I did not cook there but kitchen seemed to be well organized with everything I needed. Big clean refrigerator with ice maker. Comfy bed and an added touch of having USB cords to charge phone, headphones, etc. Five minutes from OSU campus and even closer to restaurants. Very pleased.

If I could give more than a 5 star review I would! Host was always available for anything we needed and responds quickly. I love that there were no crazy rules to comply with when leaving. Small but Sufficient
My son and I stayed in this cute VRBO for the NASA (North American Saxophone Alliance) competitions and conference. It was clean, immaculate, and the decor was lovely. It was small but perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed, especially me since I cooked all our meals. I was concerned about noise since all the exterior walls faced the outside but it's fairly sound proof. My only concern was the actual physical location because it didn't look very safe but other than that it's a lovely VRBO. You don't be disappointed.

Awesome!
This was the cutest place and everything was super nice. The owner was quick to respond to my questions and there were things that were provided (pillow spray, personal products, …) that showed that she put extra thought into everything. If my child ends up going to school in Stillwater, we will definitely stay here again!
