Kim and Lori (I think that was her name) answered questions were had during our stay and processed our checkout with ease. The room was clean, everything worked, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We had plenty of room to park the moving truck (we were waiting for our rental house to be ready) and no one messed with anything while we were there. 10/10 would stay here again. "
