Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

"This is one of worse hotel I ever booked, actually, they never allowed me to stay there because they overbooked and just canceled my reservation when I got there, they told me that I should just stay in motel 6 instead, no apologies from them for their mistake that allowed overbooked and cancelled ..."
