We came town for the Naval Graduation and last trip to Annapolis visited the island and fell in love. Everything about our stay was incredible. Everything was just as described and pictured in the listing. Sitting out on the deck watching the sunset over the bay was spectacular. This was a great place to hang out and have fun with family. Just a short walk down the street is a restaurant with a tiki bar on the beach. We took a 15 minute drive to Annapolis for shopping and a visit to the naval base. Her request was a place for the family to gather for games, conversation and laughter, and also be in a prime location to visit other towns, including Annapolis. This home fit the bill. It was very clean and well-appointed, with lots of gathering spaces. 3 of the 4 bathrooms appeared to be newly renovated. The only downside was that the hot tub was not in working order, as advertised. Due to inclement weather for the majority of our stay, we did not realize this until our last day. We did mention this to the rental company, who was quick to respond, but was not able to get anyone to the property to clean and fix it in time for us to enjoy it. Despite this disappointment, we all agreed that we wouldn't hesitate to return to this home. ##### Kim B. This house was just right for our needs. It was clean, well-equipped and had lots of thoughtful touches, like a scope and binoculars on the sunporch to bird watch and watch the activity out on the bay. The waterside deck was a lovely place to watch the sunset (although there is no longer a gas firepit on the dock, as was described in the listing and the welcome email). But the hot tub was easy to access, and had the same great views. Being at the house was so lovely that we cancelled reservations to go out to dinner so that we could enjoy another evening sitting on the dock, just relaxing. We felt welcomed from the moment we booked the property, the management company was quick to confirm reservation, give us a list of recommendations for all activities, and well as accurately describe the check in process. Once we arrived we found the property exactly as described. The home was warm and inviting and provided plenty of space for the 7 of us. We loved spending time watching football around the fireplace and also playing card games in the kitchen table which was large enough to seat us all. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had all the needed equipment for meals. The sun porch was absolutely perfect. While it was cold and windy the porch was warm and cozy. The space even had heaters to ensure it was able to be enjoyed all year long. We loved bird watching, reading, and watching the sunsets on the porch. The hot tub located just off the deck was clean and in perfect working order- an added bonus to an already great home. We truly had a great experience at this home and would not hesitate to book it again in the future. ##### Lisa R. This is an amazing house in a great location with an amazing view. Beautiful and very spacious inside with everything you could possibly need while on vacation! The house is warm, clean and cozy. We walked up to the bar and grill up the street several times, which was so convenient. The iTrip staff was wonderful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean with many amenities included: soaps, washer/dryer, towels, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc. This made our experience very seamless and enjoyable. The bay is so close views from inside the house and the back porch are beautiful. Views from the decks on the house are incredible but the deck on the water is huge and absolutely amazing! The bridge is easily viewed from here, it’s like a public beach town deck but it is all yours. The house itself is very large inside with an open easy to work in kitchen. Plenty of parking.
