We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. \-Local ordinances require the hot tub cover to be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated. \-Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc., need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner. The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This was by far our favorite home. Tony was extremely responsive to every message I sent, literally withing minutes. We had no issues during our stay. The house was beautiful and comfortably fit my family of 10\. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen stocked with the necessities for cooking. The hot tub was amazing.I'm actually thinking of renting again this summer to be able to use the beautiful pool and deck. This may be my new "Christmas" home. ##### kim s. This trip took months in the making and Tony the host was so patient and was VERY responsive to all of my emails and questions. The communication with the host is so great. They’ve thought of everything for the house to make your trip great. The bedding, mattresses, and extra touches with sound machines and fans are above and beyond. We all slept so great! There was so much room to be all together. We got to watch football games, and play in switch tournaments! It was the perfect place for all ages. The hot tub is also amazing and was perfect for a rainy day as it had coverage while we sat in it.
