8.8/10 Excellent! (2,367 reviews)
Front desk staff was frankly quite rude when I checked in. They eventually were helpful when for unclear reasons there were 2 reservations under my name. Asked for a fresh set of towels (I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned that morning, but it was not cleaned all day) late one night and was put on hold only to be told it was gonna be a bit. Apparently there were other requests ahead of me. It was 1030pm. I received the requested towels before midnight.

"The room was clean and adequate towels were left. The AC unit off button doesn't work so I had to unplug the unit. Staff were helpful. A young man working the Sunday morning shift was especially helpful and very organized in breakfast, desk work and tending to the people."
