"The beds were way too hard it left me hurting for days. They did not provide a do not disturb sign and then came into my room when I asked them not to housekeep. Every time I left the hotel and returned my key did not work and the staff was rude about giving me new keys. OVER ALL THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WITH HOUSEKEEPING AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I NEEDED A NEW KEY WHEN THEY KEPT CANCELLING MY ROOM KEY ON A 4 DAY STAY I HAD TO GET A TOTAL OF ^ DIFFERENT CKEY CARDS"

"I wasn't able to get my room because they said they didn't even have my money in the system so I find that was a poor start so I didn't even end up getting a room there I ended up living moving in somewhere else"

"Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again "

"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR, IF I COME THAT THERE WILL BE A PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY... "The room was small, no refrigerator, no microwave, TV did not work, tub needs repair, light switches did not work, no clock, ice machine was located on 1st floor, AC is broken, not enough towels, smelled like smoke, I could not understand the owners, needs more trash bags, ice bucket leaked, not in a good location, blood on pillow case, light does not work over sitting area by window, and make up on counter."

"The staff was lovely, however, the first morning, the cleaning ladies were playing very loud music just outside our room. The room was way smaller than advertised, and it was smell like very heavy smoke. The front desk lady moved us to another room that was a little bit better, but still smell a bit like smoke. Water pressure was low, but very hot water. No air vent in a very small bathroom. Coffee was good, but the last day, there was a horrible water leak in the lobby. Overall it was ok, but could have been better…"
