We knocked at the doors of the hotel and adjacent restaurant and pressed the door bell multiple times! Never received an answer. We called the hotel phone number but to no avail. We called Expedia but no one answered. Thankfully our Taxi driver who was a local waited with us and tried to reach out to other locals. In the end we ended up having to find a rather expensive last minute booking at another hotel. We ended up spending more money on taxi to go there! And guess what EXPEDIA takes no responsibility and their customer service agents find that we “are not willing to understand”. After having used their platform for numerous bookings, I have my doubts now. I can say that also after they didn’t give me my booking points in 2016 .. but I don’t want to dilute. ANYWAYS, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
