Step into comfort in this delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style home offering 1,300 sq ft of cozy living space on a generous fence-enclosed lot (pet friendly). This tastefully remodeled property blends classic charm with practical updates for a welcoming stay. This private single family home features a bright and airy layout with open-plan living and dining areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Three bedrooms with comfortable queen-size mattresses, and two bathrooms, offering ample space for families, couples, or solo travelers. All one-level ranch-style home with easy access for the elderly (no stairs). Heat is provided via forced-air systems, with central A/C to keep you cool year-round. The expansive lot invites outdoor enjoyment, whether it's relaxing on the lawn, enjoying al fresco meals, or just unwinding with a book. The following additional amenities are offered throughout your stay: \- Free parking on the driveway lot. Garage parking is not available. \- Washer and driver with hypoallergenic detergent. \- High-speed Internet from Verizon Fios. \- Two large-screen smart TVs with wi-fi ready apps, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO and Disney+. \- Easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and the Dulles International Airport. Entire place plus amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. \- Absolutely no smoking indoors - $500 smoking fee. \- You must provide an accurate guest count. \- Commercial vehicles must be approved by management. \- Suitable for children (2-12 years) \- No parties or events – undisclosed guests warrants immediate eviction or additional fees. \- Quiet time after 10pm. \- Lock and secure the property when going out. \- Use the supplied candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bed time. \- Maintain Cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours and leave the property as you found it. This home is for not events, conferences or groups that want to entertain large parties. We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $500. \- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing. \- Internet/cable: We provide you high speed Internet as a perk. Any misuse of the Internet, including illegal downloads and copyright infringements will be met with a penalty fine of $50 if discovered. \- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property.
