"The property was very good as the room was clean, bedding nice and white and lobby area was welcoming. The property had everything that you need so no complaints. It didn’t quite have the little extra that major Fairfield hotels have. It definitely served the purpose for an overnight stay."

"Pretty good experience. Would definitely stay again. Room was nice although it did have an odd odom when you first open the door but it went away pretty quickly. I used the hot tub which was nice although it would be better with jets. There were a few shady people around but that weren’t really any trouble. Staff was very uninterested. They seemed more into whatever was on their phone than customers. Again, not a bad stay overall. Would recommend."

"We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The cottage was clean and stocked with all the kitchen and bath stuff we could possibly need. The cottage decor is very homey and comfortable as can be. The grounds are gorgeous. The lake and dock are the highlight of the property and they also have turkeys, ducks, chickens and rabbits. We're nature lovers and felt right at home. We did not hardly see the Raulersons and we had our privacy to the degree that we never even met them, although I would have liked to. If we are in the area again we plan to return. Thank you, Raulersons, for everything."
