Our room wasn’t ready until 2 pm. I felt they were trying to influence us to take an older non-renovated room.
The Water Park entrance is not free and the entrance is a bit hidden.
The onsite amenities are excellent including the restaurant/bar. The Concierge was very helpful and responsive to our text messages.
Overall it was worth the price but minor things to be aware of.

The home we stayed was super cute, and inside very clean. Pool was a little dirty lots of leaves.
The lady who did my check in was very courteous. I booked for 5 guests but house was accommodated only for 4; So linen must be requested for the sofa bed.
Sofa bed was horrible mattress was old and you could feel the springs.
Aside from all those things grounds are well.kept, clean. Parking was never an issue lots of it.

It was so clean they were always cleaning. Staff friendly. For the price it was a great place to stay only they do not have enough umbrellas for the table. Pool was very clean. Breakfast boiled eggs no scrambled eggs. No bacon ham or sausage. Had pancakes and waffles and fruit. These are the only complaint. But no airiport shuttle. I would stay there again it’s on the lake
