The community is situated between 2 of the largest marinas in town that are both walking distance and next to the pubic boat ramp. This custom home was designed and built for the perfect spot for your next vacation. Offering 4 bedrooms , 2 of them with King size beds plus 3 full bathrooms. This home has plenty of space to sleep 10 guests comfortably and has amazing views up and down the Steinhatchee River. The open concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals and have everyone gathering around to tell their favorite fish tales. with a large. With this rental home you will have access to 1 private boat slip along with the community pool.
