The house offers great entertainment for all age groups, from a very nice toy room for younger kids, to a trampoline, ping pong, foosball table, pool table, jeu de boule, darts for older kids and adults. Plus a nice sauna, movie room, gym! The kitchen is very well supplied, two charcoal bbqs give all the grilling power one might need, and the large terrace grants fantastic meals outside even with large groups. The house was very clean, with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Host was responsive to our messages and came by to meet us on the first day. Definitely a place to come back to! ##### andrea g. We hebben een week vakantie gevierd met de hele familie (8 volwassenen en 7 kinderen) in dit huis. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we enorm genoten van alles wat het huis en de omgeving te bieden hadden. De kinderen waren dol op de trampoline, pooltafel en tafeltennistafel, en hielden niet op met spelen – eigenlijk wilden ze nog niet naar huis. De volwassenen waardeerden de compleet uitgeruste keuken, de fijne bedden, de loungebank op het terras en de pelletkachel bij de zithoek. We hebben heerlijk gebarbecued, genoten van het mooie uitzicht en het huis bleek een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor leuke activiteiten in de omgeving, zoals een bezoek aan het nabijgelegen circuit en mountainbike ritjes. De lokale Lidl op 5min rijden had lekkere broodjes. De sauna beneden, hebben we niet gebruikt vanwege het mooie weer. Al met al een topweek gehad, ook mede dankzij het fijne contact met de goed bereikbare huiseigenaar. ##### Martine J. Während unseres Aufenthaltes stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigung teilweise zu wünschen übrig ließ, ebenso wie die Qualität bestimmter Objekte. Beispielsweise war der Backofen nicht gereinigt, unter der Couch des Fernsehzimmers lagen Kaugummireste, Bierdeckel usw. Außerdem war es im Haus sehr staubig. Es war Staub unter den Betten, aber auch das Kinderzimmer und das Fernsehzimmer waren ziemlich staubig. Darüber hinaus ist das Trampolin für Kinder unsicher. Das Netz ist kaputt und auch der Boden hat seine besten Tage gesehen. Wir haben festgestellt, dass einige Spiele unvollständig waren. Die Garderobenständer im Flur waren klapprig. Auch in der Fitness-Ecke fehlten einige Mützen usw. Es könnte eine Idee sein, ein Formular zu hinterlassen, damit Gäste nach ihrem Aufenthalt Feedback geben können. Das Rivage-Haus in Stavelot ist ein großartiger Ort für einen Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe von bis zu 15 Personen! Das Haus ist modern, komplett ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Tal. Der Umgang mit den Vermietern ist sehr angenehm und sie antworten schnell auf gestellte Fragen. Neben den vielen Zimmern mit Einzel- oder Doppelbetten verfügt das Haus über ein tolles Wohnzimmer und eine großzügige Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Duschen wunderbar warm mit ausreichendem Wasserdruck und auch Toiletten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wenn das Wetter einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit toller Aussicht und zwei Grillabenden nicht zulässt, gibt es auch drinnen viel zu tun. Ein Raum mit Billardtisch und Tischfußball für Erwachsene, ein Raum mit Kinderspielzeug, ein Raum mit Tischtennisplatte und diversen Fitnessgeräten, eine Indoor-Sauna, ein Yoga-Raum mit Dusche und ein Fernsehraum, es ist alles da! Rund um das Haus gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen: Radfahren, Wandern und natürlich die Rennstrecke Spa Francorchamps, die zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort für ein Familienwochenende oder ein Radwochenende! Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen, es war eine große Freude! Das Maison Rivage in Stavelot ist ein tolles Reiseziel für eine Gruppe von 15 Personen! Das Maison ist modern, ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage im Tal. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell auf Fragen. Und neben den Nobreuses-Zimmern mit Einzel- oder Doppelzimmern verfügte das Maison über einen ausgezeichneten Salon und eine Grande Cuisine mit zahlreichen Einrichtungen. Sie sind sehr komfortabel, die Duschen sind sehr komfortabel und der Druck ist sehr angenehm und die Toilette ist gleichmäßig durchströmt. ##### Stefan D. We werden fijn ontvangen door de gastheer,deze konden we ook altijd bereiken als er wat zou zijn. De warmte was voornamelijk op de slaapkamers soms afzien. Ramen snachts openzetten was door de vele muggen helaas geen optie. Buiten dat,hebben we een fijne week gehad en kunnen we dit verblijf aan iedereen aanraden!
