We showed up to the property and the point of contact was kind and responsive throughout our entire stay. However, the ownership of the property had just changed and apparently we were the first renters under the new ownership. We came during a rain storm and quickly noticed that the roof was leaking in many locations throughout the property. The ceiling was close to collapsing in the kitchen and I ended up collecting gallons of water. The property manager promised me a refund and agreed it was not ok what we were experiencing. The initial week they were quite communicative and continued to promise a refund since we had to leave the property and rent a second house for the week. For the last three weeks or so, I have heard nothing, received no communications back despite many attempts to inquire on a refund status, and have lost all hope in this team. RUN FOR THE HILLS, DO NOT RENT, TERRIBLE experience at this point. I have never been so disappointed in someone being all talk and no backing up with actual action. FACTA NON VERBA
