The Bons Amis Suite: Chic Decor, Walk Downtown

The Bons Amis Suite is located on the second floor of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, rolling smart TV, dining space for 2

KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle, french press, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig

BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstand with bedside lamp, vanity with mirror

BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, tub/shower combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)

SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer

Other things to note:
- For the safety of our guests and staff, the property has two Ring security cameras capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance and the back parking area.
- This suite is located on the second floor of the house and is only accessible by staircase.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces. Lost parking passes will result in a 50 USD fine.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.

Cozy apartment near downtown

Great Place in Staunton

This property is beautiful! Bon Amis has everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Interior was fresh, warm, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets of you are cold natured. You can easily walk to downtown which includes shopping, food, coffee and bookshops. I locked myself out and sent a message which was answered within minutes. Would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Very clean, comfortable and close to everything

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and i mean spotless. The kitchen came fully stocked and there were water bottles for us upon check in. We didn't have to get in the car all weekend as we were within blocks of everything. Highly satisfied, thank you.

Great little getaway!

The property was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was ideal for walking to town where we shopped and ate. Staunton is a gem I didn’t know existed. Architecture was fascinating.

Great for 2 people

Mostly just fine - great (really) location for Blackfriar's playhouse and the pedestrian-friendly downtown areas. Nice front porch. Easy parking ... clean apartment, etc. The pictures are quite accurate. So why not a 5? Answer- if you are 2 people, it's a 5. But we were 3 - so we needed the pull out couch. Thankfully my daughter, in her mid 20s, is slim. Would have been mighty uncomfortable for someone weightier ... not to mention a couple. And with the couch open, there was not much room to navigate around it ... to get to the bathroom at night in the dark. To their credit, the owners did supply an extra pad to add comfort ... so they did what they could. But if you are 3 or 4, might take the above into consideration.
