The property was immaculately clean, the neighborhood was quiet (but hilly in the extreme if you’re a walker/runner like we are, be prepared for some seriously steep climbs while you’re getting your steps in- they were amazing cardio!) and very cute. The bedrooms are cozy and all of the rooms are thoughtfully appointed. We especially loved that the kitchen is fully functional. We prefer to cook rather than go out and I had space and equipment to make a roast chicken and potatoes dinner with no problem. Rentals aren’t always this well set up for cooking so it’s worth mentioning. There was also a small patio out back with seating and a grill that is a really nice amenity. Parking was on-street right in front of the duplex and there was plenty of space, so no worries we’d come back to having to hunt for a parking space. The water pressure is good, the WiFi signal is strong, and the heating/cooling setup worked easily to keep us comfortable and not sharing air. Overall this was an ideal stay for us and we’ll absolutely book here again when we visit the area. ##### Maggie S.
