The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast waffles were fantastic. Beds were comfortable but pillows could be better.

Very freindly staff. Large rooms in excellent condition with all the convenience of a full kitchen minus the stove. The breakfast was not good. Did not like all those pre-made, frozen breakfast sandwhiches.

The Home2Suites in Statesboro is a very nice, clean and great area for shopping and dining. The staff treated us very well and we had no issues or complaints about the room or any of the facilities. Also, the breakfast was very enjoyable and had a nice variety of both hot and cold foods. Definitely worth the price.

Great hotel for the price, very clean and modern. The only complaint i had was the breakfast. The ready made breakfast sandwiches were hard and nearly inedible. I stayed 4 days and they were that way every morning. Other than that, every other aspect of the hotel was 5 stars in my book.

I was charged twice for the room because the lady checking in didn't know how to switch cards or something. Then are hotel room had fleas and we have to be swapped to another room. First and last stay at this hotel.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. I want to start by saying we fixed the issue with your card immediately. The funds were released back to you during the check in process. That is completely our fault. As far as the room goes, I have had maintenance check that room out along with our housekeeping manager and they could not find any evidence of fleas or anything else in that room. We do hope you will give us another chance. We hope to see you again.

Couldn’t check in when we arrived due to computers down. Finally insisted we had to check in to get ready for a wedding rehearsal and dinner, She gave me temporary cards and we were able to dress and go, After a long day of traveling and then rehearsal I got back to the hotel and my temporary cards didn’t work. Got that straightened out and then they charged my card again. Then the next day I was asked by cleaning staff in the hallway to bring out my trash but they never cleaned my room.
The room itself was nice but I expected a lot more for $250 s night

I understand the computers being down at the time of check in can be frustrating. We are sorry about that. I have already spoke with our housekeeping manager to make sure that housekeepers are not asking guests to remove their own trash. We do hope that you will give us another chance the next time you come to Statesboro.
The rooms were relatively nice, my biggest complaint is the mattresses are terrible and not comfortable it's like sleeping on a piece of plywood ..

For some reason this time the digital key never worked and was never available. Had to go to desk to check in, was in a hurry with a line, so this was not easy and smooth like it usually with a digital key and online check in.

Check in process was fast and easy, but our floor reeked of pot for most of the stay. At times, the first floor did also. The breakfast trash was overflowing each morning while the attendant was occupied with her phone the whole time.
