Cozy Tahoe getaway at the top of Kingsbury grade walking distance to shuttle to ski Heavenly, hiking/mountain biking trails, casino nightlife and all summer lake activities! Wood burning fireplace,fully equipped kitchen & bath, Wifi,cable,coffee and tea provided. HOA pool & hot tub accessible steps across the parking lot. Queen sized sofa pull out bed. Washer and dryer in building. Small balcony w/table and chairs. On the bus route. No Pets allowed per HOA VHRP19-1110

1 level condo with 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The family room has a queen sized pull out sofa and wood burning fireplace (Firewood Provided by you). Small balcony as well.

PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND REQUIRES GOING UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ACCESS UNIT*

You will have 100% private access to our condo during your stay. The pool and hot tub belong to the community HOA and are located right across the parking lot.

I use a digital lock system for check-in so you can check-in at your convenience anytime after 3pm. You will have complete privacy during your stay, but I will be available any time if you have any questions or need assistance.

Best way to get to stagecoach lift is the shuttle that goes by on tramway every 20-30 mins

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking spices, dish soap, and sponge.
There are no full refunds for circumstances beyond our control to include wildfire smoke, winter storms, etc.
No smoking, only 1 pet allowed at an extra charge of $65. Max 80lb for dogs. Please NO PETS ON FURNITURE. If guests arrive with more than 1 pet or without paying the pet fee they will be turned away. $100 fine for either and immediate departure.

Great place to stay!

This condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It's in a nice neighborhood and we appreciated all of the restaurant suggestions by our host.
